I find that some times the best way to tell some one about your work is through the words of some one else. They can provide insight into what others in their situation are feeling and how they perceived their experience, which is something you could never tell about yourself.
So the following is one such example of a person who I had the pleasure to serve:
"I am writing to thank you for the wonderful and professional remodeling job you did on our newly purchased home. I knew is would be in good hands and from the time I met you. Your knowledge of construction and willingness to explain to me all possibilities was incredible and comforting to us. I really appreciated the cleanliness and completions of the work that was done including tear out and replace all flooring using hardwood on all our stairs and floors, the electrical, plumbing, painting, new cabinets and carpentry work was on time and below our budgets. We were living in the home as this work was completed and you made it a wonderful experience with your enthusiasm, and ability to schedule the work and get it done on time and very professional."
